Praxis Testing

The State of Indiana utilizes tests developed by the Educational Testing Service (ETS). Praxis I: Pre-Professional Skills Tests are designed to be taken early in an individual’s college career and measure basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics. Praxis II: Subject Assessments, taken near completion of the Teacher Education Program, measure the content knowledge of the subjects an individual will teach.
