There are 3 ways to register.

1.  Mail the completed registration form, with a purchase order or check made payable to Purdue University, to:

2.  Fax completed registration form, with credit card or purchase order, to (765) 494-0567.  All registrations must be either prepaid or include a copy of the purchase order.

 3.  Online registration is available.  Payment with credit card is required at:   www.conf.purdue.edu/Discover.
