Out of Office Assistant

 

When you leave the office for an extended period of time, you may wish to enable an auto-response mechanism that tells people where you are and why you may not be answering email.  MS Outlook contains this functionality with a feature called Out of Office Assistant (OOA).  The Out of Office Assistant will send one email message to each person who sends you email while the OOA is active.  You can create your own message to be automatically sent.  The OOA can be activated via MS Outlook and via the OWA web interface:
