Please keep in mind that these are the general guidelines designed to address the most frequent questions and issues that arise during student teaching. Candidates are expected to exhibit professional conduct.  If a student has a deficiency regarding professional behavior, a Dispositional Assessment Form (DOC) may be utilized by any faculty member, staff member, or classroom teacher. The purpose of this form is to make the student aware of the problem and devise a way to remedy the deficiency.
