    Select this option to make a one-time gift by mail. You may pay by credit/debit card or check. A form will appear in a new window. Fill out, then print the form, and mail it to the address given. Follow the steps as prompted.

  • Set Up a Recurring Gift More Info

    Select this option if you wish to set up a recurring gift with Purdue University. You select how much you wish to give, how often you want to give, and the gift designation(s). You can choose to have the payments made through your checking account or by credit card online.

    If you wish to send the form by mail, click the icon for a print version. Your recurring gift form will appear in a new window. Fill out, then print the form, and mail to the address given.
