2023 Super Summer enrichment program registration now open for kindergarten through fourth grade students

Purdue University’s Gifted Education Research and Resource Institute Super Summer program is now open for registration for children in kindergarten through fourth grade. The registration deadline is June 1.

The Super Summer program is where bright kids in kindergarten through fourth grade come to enjoy challenging courses with other academically, creatively and artistically talented youth.

Challenging, daylong interdisciplinary courses are designed at least two grade levels above each student’s current school grade. Components from all disciplines will be included at every level, so each child will gain experience in engineering, math, science, social studies, art and language arts, while working on open-ended activities that require critical and creative thinking.

Two, one-week sessions are being offered: June 12-16 and June 19-23, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. A one-week, full-day program is $330 per child. Various discounts could be applied. Limited financial aid is available. To register online, visit: http://www.purdue.edu/conferences/GER2ISuperSummer2023.
