Dr. Richard Olenchak recipient for NAGC Award

Dr. Richard Olenchak Recently, Dr. Richard Olenchak, professor and head of the Department of Educational Studies here at the College of Education, has been awarded the National Association for Gifted Children Distinguished Service Award. This award recognizes him for his dedication to NAGC and his many years of work in the field of gifted education both as a scholar and advocate, including being a former president of NAGC.

The award will be presented at NAGC 65th Annual Convention in mid-November.
