– Profile

Dr. Pai is currently a limited term lecturer in the Department of Education Studies at Purdue University. She received her B.S. in Sociology from the National Chengchi University, her M.S. in Language Education from Indiana University, and her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Purdue University. Dr. Pai is a Research Assistant with the Department of Educational Studies at Purdue University and has led research projects that have studied meta-analysis on effects of collaboration on transfer of learning, the effects of reward on collaborative learning and motivation, and integrating video games into history learning. Dr. Pai has written articles on the results of her research as well as presented her results at several conferences around the country. She has a teaching license in Counseling and in Social Science.
