Special Education Licensure
Special education teachers are in high demand in Indiana and across the country. In the College of Education, our graduates are prepared to adapt curriculum for students with disabilities, helping to meet the needs of all students in the classroom.
In our transformative Innovative Initiative licensure program, we offer three different licensure program options for undergraduates who are ready to take their next giant leap as special education teachers:
- Inclusion: Dual Licensure in Special Education (Mild and Intense Intervention) and Elementary Education
- Special Education Grades K-6: Mild and Intense Intervention
- Special Education Grades 5-12: Mild and Intense Intervention
